Rare Disease Day 2019

Today, February 28th, is Rare Disease Day, and SOM Biotech is one with Eurordis in raising awareness of rare diseases through the #ShowYourRare campaign.

Rare Disease Day is the international awareness-raising campaign for rare diseases and is celebrated on the last day of February each year. Since Rare Disease Day started in 2008, thousands of events have taken place throughout the world, reaching millions of people. The campaign started as a European event and has progressively become a world phenomenon, with participation in 94 countries all over the world in 2017.
