Farmantra, a Barcelona-based corporate finance advisory for life sciences companies specializing in early stage valuations, interim CFO support and fund raising, hosted a panel discussion on early stage value creation at Cal Tip Barcelona on the 29th of November. The discussion was focused on topics such as fund-raising management, early dilution through equity-raising, early licensing of assets, and so on.
