SOM filed its 3rd international patent application for the treatment of transthyretin-related amyloidosis (TTR), a fatal and incurable disease designated as an “Orphan disease”.

Núria Reig has joined SOM team as Project Coordinator. Núria is PhD in Biochemical Sciences and has been working for more than 6 years in US and Switzerland, holding academic and biotech positions.
Núria Gavaldà has joined SOM as the first Project Coordinator. Núria is PhD in Biological Sciences and has been working for ten years in basic reaserch being the last five at the University of Cardiff, UK.
